-------------------------------- 6/15/09 GM Survey comment about our sales consultant Harold Deines; I have purchased 7 new cars or pickups from Ed Bozarth in the past 20 years and would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. Duane H Paxico, KS -------------------------------- 6/5/2009 GM Survey comment about our sales consultant Marvin Weber; They were the only dealership that jumped right in there and e-mailed me after I sent a e-mail to 3 or 4 other dealerships, telling them that I was interested in a car. I appreciated that they wanted to help. Peggy K Hiawatha, KS -------------------------------- Survey Questions: How did you schedule your service appointment? = Telephone If by phone, how would you rate your wait time? = Excellent How quickly did we respond? = < 1 day Was our service staff responsive and courteous? = Yes question5_comments = I contacted Dylan Shoemaker and discussed some bodywork I needed to have repaired and in our discussion the question that he asked about the repairs and if he could try PDR's which could save me a lot of money and would probably wouldn't be noticeable unless you knew where the repair was made. He right off made me feel that he was working for me not the Dealership. Did you receive a thorough explanation of work performed? = Excellent question6_comments = We went out to the truck and he went over everything with me before he started. He also explained to me that in one area that he may not be able to do the PDR type repair and that he would have to do it the other way which I understood and agreed with. How would you rate the quality of work performed? = Excellent question7_comments = When I picked up the truck after the repairs were made, I couldn't believe the quantity of the work that was performed on the repairs. Where the PDR work was performed, there is no sign of ever having any damage in either place. The left rear corner panel, I felt, was not repairable and would have to have it changed. Boy, war I ever wrong. What it really comes down too, is that that the body shop has the same high expectations and quality as the all the rest of the departments at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet has. Would you bring your vehicle back for additional service? = Yes
Tom L. -------------------------------- 03/27/09 Chris, I have been working with Marvin and have had an awesome experience with him. I'm a college student and college has once again picked up and I haven't had time to really look since the weekend. I am still looking for a Silverado and hopefully soon I'll be able to make it to the lot in Topeka. Like I said I'm working with Marvin and is the friendliest salesman I've ever worked with. Thanks, Alex -------------------------------- 03/22/09 The car is smooth, with quiet and comfortable seating like a much larger car, and I have gotten excellent (35-37mpg) gas mileage so far. The information center is very useful, and, maybe partly because the car is so quiet on the highway, the stereo sounds like a top quality stereo. I have never used the internet to buy a car, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for just the right car without having to drive around looking. Thomas S.

1. Gary (Prough) has been very professional and the pricing on the vehicle is competitive with the other two vehicles I'm looking at. I will make my purchase next Thursday or Friday. 2. Yes, all the information I have requested has been delivered promptly by Gary.
3. Sell me the car for $1.00. Just kidding. Nothing can be done at this time.

Kansas City, MO -------------------------------- Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely purchase from Bozarth's again. Is there anything that we need to do to transfer the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty or the 12/12,000? We enjoyed working with Alan (Robinson).

-------------------------------- Hi Tony, Thanks for the opportunity to give you some feedback. The person who responded to our first email was Olen. He continued to respond very timely to many questions that we sent to him via email. We were not at all sure that we were going to buy a car, and we told Olen that, but he was still very helpful and always got right back to us when we emailed him another question. When we finally went down to see Olen he already had the cars we were interested in parked together which made seeing them much easier than if we had had to go all over the lot. Of course, in the end, we did purchase a car and so far everything is going fine. I am now in the process of working with Al in the business department in regards to purchasing an extended warranty. I still have several questions about that, and so far Al is being patient with me and trying to answer all my questions. So, to this point, Kathy and I have been very satisfied with our experience there. Thanks. Ron S. -------------------------------- Tony, I got a call back from James Fager and we set up an appointment. I was very impressed to say the least. I was happy to know it wasnt only my truck getting great treatment but myself and my 3 y/o daughter as well. Its hard to have small children with you usually when handling business matters but this was different. She was thrilled to receive a coloring book pack and teddy bear and your waiting area is awesome. The service was exceptional and because of that I went ahead a bought 4 new tires, which were needed, and at a price that beat other local shops hands down. Between maintenance, a minor repair, and new tires I spent about $1600 but was happy to do it knowing I got great service! Thanks for the email and be assurred I will come to Ed Bozarth for all of my vehicle needs. -Jaycee H --------------------------------
Attn: Chris Spargo – General Manager It has been with sincere appreciation and complete satisfaction that I have had the privilege in dealing with your dealership since 2002 when I purchased my first Trail Blazer. Your salesman, Darren Cashier, is a member of our church and through that association I contacted him and bought my first Trail Blazer. Needless to say these vehicles have met all my needs over the years and have been exclusively serviced in your service department at Topeka. My initial association with your dealership began with Darren who is by far the best car salesmen that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Your company is indeed fortunate to have such a dedicated employee with your organization. Shortly after beginning to have my SUV serviced I became acquainted with Larry Jackson, your service manager. There is no question that he is very well suited for this position related to the constant association with your customers in the shop. He is not only well informed of the many aspects of repairing GM products but has a friendly, professional and personal relationship with the many of us who come to your facility for servicing of their vehicles. It was through this association with Larry back in February that he began offering suggestions and concern over the antifreeze smell that was coming through the vent into my vehicle. Through his efforts we were able to “see” a coolant leak but the diagnosis was eventually that there had to be a small leak in the heater coil under the dash. The proposed “labor” charges to remove and replace this coil were sizeable. However, even though my 4+ year old vehicle was out of warranty, he pursued efforts through one of your GM Parts Representatives recently and was successful in greatly reducing the labor/parts bill associated with this repair completed on 10/30/08. He arranged for Kenny Wells to do the work and he did an excellent job returning my car after one day in the shop in “like new” condition. Your dealership continues to contribute to my efforts to properly maintain my vehicle and may I extend my appreciation to all of your excellent employees. Sincerely, David W. C
